Are most tax lien courses/kits the same?
I want to purchase a tax lien course set (7cd's dvd's etc) by Saen Higgins. He's definitely a knowledgeable guy when it comes to investing. Does it matter the year the course was created? For example, if it's a 2002 will I be missing out on some key things? Thanks

- They're all pretty much the same -- a RIPOFF! If that bozo was making that much money on tax liens, he would not be wasting time selling the scam course.
- The course is a ripoff. You can get the same basic info from a book called "The 16% solution" It explains all about tax liens and how they work. I checked it out at the library and read it for free. If your library doesn't have it, you should be able to get a used copy on Amazon or ebay for under $20. The big scam is that the results are not typical. Yes, every once in a while someone buys a $500 tax lien and ends up foreclosing and owning a $300,000 house as a result, but you might as well play the lottery because your odds are about the same. Buying tax liens should be looked at like an investment. Don't buy them for the property because even if you spend your whole life investing in tax liens its still unlikely that you'll ever get a property. Invest in tax liens because they pay high interest rates.
