When and where are tax lien auctions in Maricopa County, Arizona?

I am trying to learn when and where are tax lien auctions in Maricopa County, Arizona? Also, what yield can I expect from buying Tax Liens in Maricopa County? I know that the starting rate is 16%, but how far does it get bid down? Thank you.

1. Check with your County Treasurer's Office at your Courthouse for Maricopa County. Bids can go lower than 16%, that is how bidders win the tax lien. Personally, I don't like the bid down method. I went to a Tax Sale last year and when it started there was "no bidding down". All parcels went for 18%. I buy tax liens to make money not to get property.
