Tax Liens Sales

Can there be a tax lien for child support through civil court?

My ex-wife has not payed any support for our children and I gave up on child support agencies, I was wondering if I can sue her in civil court, but I know she still won't pay (the children are both over the age limit here in California) can the courts at least put a tax lien on her taxes?

  1. yes. A court can attach a tax refund if there is one.
  2. Here is a suggestion: Forgive her of the debt. You sowing forgiveness to her will cause you to reap some where in your life you will receive forgiveness for a debt you owe.
